24LA is hosting a Back-to-School Block Party on August 23 at 3528 Hayden Ave, Culver City 90232 from 12pm-5pm - a joyful, community-centered event to support families affected by the recent LA wildfires. Our mission is to ensure every student feels seen, supported, and excited for the school year ahead. We’ll be giving away over 1,000 backpacks filled with age-appropriate school supplies and essentials to help kids start strong. Families can also enjoy a full day of care and fun, including beauty booths, jewelry-making stations, Levi’s jean customization, pro skate demos, free haircuts, live music, art activities, food + drinks, health + wellness activations, a photo booth, and more — all completely free for families impacted by the fires.
